The new Santa Fe Trail Middle School opened in fall 2024 and serves students in grades 6–8 and is part of the Olathe Public Schools district, the second largest in Kansas. The building features a performing arts auditorium, two gymnasiums, and an indoor swimming pool across its two stories. The construction took place adjacent to the existing, occupied school, requiring close coordination with multiple trades and ensuring minimal disruption.

Construction was completed in just 10 months, earning the distinction of being the fastest-built school in the district’s history.

  • 13 mini split systems
  • Pool dehumidification system
  • 15 exhaust systems

 Specialized Installations

  • 60 feet of continuous slot diffusers installed in 4-foot sections within the main common area
  • 17,287 linear feet of ductwork
