Commercial Construction and Installation:
Project Engineer
Supports and coordinates construction projects such as developing a new facility; the addition, expansion or extension of an existing facility; or renovation/alterations to a facility in collaboration with project team, construction site and management. Develops assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project. Organizes and directs construction personnel and ensures that materials and equipment resources are delivered on time.
Project Manager
Leads overall project coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Oversee all aspects of assigned projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize project progress. Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status. Mentor and lead project teams in setting goals, deadlines, assign responsibilities, mentor, train and monitor progress. Accountable to oversee, plan, and report cost to complete with forward looking corrective action planning.
Superintendent
Leads project field coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Primarily responsible to oversee field installation execution as well as the coordination of labor, material, equipment, tool, rental, and subcontractor resources. Lead field teams in setting goals, deadlines, assign responsibilities, mentor, train and monitor progress. Oversee and coordinate labor planning, progress, corrective action and reporting.
Foreman – HVAC Commercial Installation
You have 3-5 years’ experience supervising and installing commercial HVAC equipment, duct work, warm air furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems. You’re a leader on the job. You have a strong work ethic and committed to delivering quality results. You work well independently and as part of a larger team.
HVAC Installer – Sheet Metal
You have 1-2 years’ experience installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, warm air furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems. You have a strong work ethic and committed to delivering quality results with high regard to safety.
HVAC Installer – Refrigeration
You have 1-2 years’ experience installing HVAC refrigeration equipment systems including copper pipe brazing. You have a strong work ethic and committed to delivering quality results with high regard to safety.
Warehouse and Metal Fabrication Associates
Loading and unload containers and trailers, inside and outside, utilizing forklifts. Manage stock inventory and putting away stock inventory. Equipment and material deliveries, as needed, utilizing box or flatbed truck. Maintain a high level of organization in the warehouse, shipping, receiving and scrap handling areas.
Commercial Service:
Commercial Service Technicians – Lead Techs and Apprentices.
Lead technicians as well as ready-to-learn apprentices are always needed additions to the Temp-Con service team. Whether you know the trade with in-depth experience, or learning the trade with enthusiasm, Temp-Con needs service technicians who take pride in their work. Our work is commercial service: Commercial Air Conditioning, Heating, Makeup Air and Exhaust systems; Commercial VAV and VRF systems, Refrigeration, Ice Machines, and Cooking Equipment; Commercial Boilers, Chillers, Plumbing, and Laboratory Refrigeration.
