BIM INTEGRATION

We exclusively model using Revit and utilize third-party software for spooling (pre-fabrication) to enhance efficiency. Our workflow generates fully rendered 3D models, offering clients a clear vision upfront, minimizing clashes, and expediting schedules.
Upon receiving a project, we dedicate a week to review construction documents and generate RFIs. We align our internal BIM schedule with the general contractor’s, considering fabrication and procurement timelines.
We provide detailed fabrication item roadmaps and roof steel markups for equipment installation.
