Temp-Con runs 15 hours a day to meet the demands of large-scale projects without compromising quality. Our on-site facility produces spiral, rectangular, round, welded, and double-wall ductwork, with a 4-million-pound annual sheet metal capacity.
Our capabilities go beyond ductwork. We’ve expanded into hydronics and plumbing fabrication, allowing us to deliver more of your project in-house for greater efficiency and control. Our hydronics line launches at 300 inches per hour, while our plumbing team targets 41,000 feet of fabricated and installed pipe in its first year.
Our shop has the ability to fabricate ductwork and piping of virtually any type and size, independently or as part of a larger scope. In addition, our team produces equipment stands, curb adapters, VRV equipment skids, room kits, and more. With prefab shops in two locations and warehouse storage, we prioritize pre-fabrication to reduce waste, shorten timelines, minimize on-site materials, and ensure every component meets our exacting standards.
COIL LINE INSTALLATION
With a full reconstruction of our shop’s inner workings, our updated equipment includes two coil lines, including a U-shaped line with a full wrap break, a 20-ft plasma cutter, a spiral machine that allows us to produce our own spiral, and a whisper lock—just to name a few.
We have also eliminated some of our needs for ventilation and certain types of PPE. Trading hand machines for automated machines still requires labor but is not as strenuous on the team.
