Temp-Con is proud to operate one of the largest commercial, merit-based fabrication shops in the region.

Our shop has the ability to fabricate ductwork of virtually any type and size, independently or as part of a larger scope. In addition, our team can produce equipment stands, welded duct, curb adapters, pre-assembled condenser skids and more.

We prioritize pre-fabrication, from VRV equipment skids to room kits. Operating prefab shops in two locations, alongside warehouses for storage, enables us to work seamlessly with field operations, minimizing on-site materials and installation time.

With a full reconstruction of our shop’s inner workings, our updated equipment includes two coil lines, including a U-shaped line with a full wrap break, a 20-ft plasma cutter, a spiral machine that allows us to produce our own spiral, and a whisper lock—just to name a few.

We have also eliminated some of our needs for ventilation and certain types of PPE. Trading hand machines for automated machines still requires labor but is not as strenuous on the team.
