Temp-Con was founded in 1989 to provide exceptional commercial heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration services. It is this foundation from which we have leveraged and grown our capabilities to expand our service business, pioneered a commercial construction division, began in-house sheet-metal, hydronic, and plumbing fabrication, and integrated an updated coil line to increase our capacity fivefold.

In 2018, Temp-Con became an operating company of TriplePoint, a super-regional corporation leading full-line mechanical companies to optimize their operations and growth. In 2019, Temp-Con acquired Cobb Refrigeration – a well-known and respected laboratory refrigeration frontrunner. Together, we are poised for significant growth and expansion organically and through strategic acquisition.

Today, Temp-Con is an industry leader, catapulting idea sharing, creativity, and innovation, managing over $40 million in regional project volume with installations ranging from $500,000 to $23 million, including over $12 million in HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, and laboratory service work.
