CLEANING AND DECONTAMINATION OF EQUIPMENT

• Every component is disinfected with material safe RNASE Away.

AS FOUND DATA

• Assets are tested at agreed upon volumes.
• As found data is recorded prior to disassembly or calibration.

DISASSEMBLY/LUBRICATION

• All components are disassembled and cleaned as applicable.
• Necessary components are re-lubricated or replaced as needed.

CALIBRATION

• After re-assembly the pipette is calibrated within 2% tolerance and accuracy between dispenses.
• Data is recorded “as left” for an easy comparison of performance.

CERTIFICATION 

• Certificates are provided digitally and stored in our Qualer software.
• Customers are provided access to the software for asset management, and document recovery.

INVENTORY OF RECEIVED ASSETS

• All assets are inventoried to assure what we received is what we deliver.

CALIBRATION

• Asset is tested at your desired volumes and number of dispenses.
• Assets are calibrated to NIST standards with 2% tolerance and accuracy between dispenses

CERTIFICATION

• Audit compliant certificates are provided for each asset.
• Customers are provided access to our Qualer program for asset mangement and document retrieval.

ACCURACY VERIFICATION

• Assets are tested at three volumes with one dispense each.
• Minor adjustments are made as needed.
• Pass or fail results provided.
