Temp-Con’s Sheet Metal Fabrication Division is one of the most technological of any full-service HVAC contractor in the state of Kansas and can deliver virtually any sheet metal project.
Our 23,000 Square foot state of the art facility specializes in manufacturing sheet metal duct, insulated and un-insulated, and fittings. The sheet metal fabricators provide forming, bending, punch pressing, computer-controlled laser cutting, welding and assembly.
We own and operate a Spiral Helix spiral pipe machine, which can form spiral pipe from 6" to 34" in diameter.
Skilled technicians fabricate metals including; galvanized, aluminum, stainless steel, and black iron. Thickness ranges from .010 inches to .250 inches.
The sheet metal shop contains a coil line capable of running standard and nonstandard gauges of metal. The plasma tables can burn 12 ft x 5 ft sheets and programmable from the shop floor. Other equipment includes power shears, punch presses, power rollers, tubing benders, hand rollers, foot shears, manual punches, flaring machines and a press brake.
