The monumental Project Marnie, spanning a staggering 517,000 square feet, commenced in December 2021, and we were primed and prepared to tackle it head-on. Drawing from our experiences on a similar project completed the previous year, we implemented lessons learned to ensure seamless execution in collaboration with ClayCo, ensuring this project would stand out. One of our key innovations was pre-assembling sections of copper and ductwork on the ground, a strategy that proved both innovative and invaluable. This approach enabled us to meticulously inspect and secure assemblies before installation overhead, prioritizing safety and efficiency throughout. Notably, Project Marnie marked our second venture utilizing helicopters for equipment setting, a testament to our commitment to innovation and efficiency. Following rigorous safety training and seamless coordination with helicopter operators, our team successfully set over 132 pieces of equipment within a mere 4 hours. With a total of over 180 pieces of equipment involved, our office and field staff displayed exceptional diligence and teamwork, ensuring readiness for swift deployment as soon as the helicopter blades began to turn. This collaborative effort underscored our dedication to excellence and efficiency, resulting in another successful project delivery.
