Building on a long-term partnership with the City of Leawood, Temp-Con proudly completed a mechanical installation for the Parks and Recreation Department. This project included a new administration headquarters, a greenhouse, and a woodworking shop, each requiring specialized mechanical systems to meet the unique needs of the facility.
Temp-Con’s collaboration with architects and engineers ensured all systems were perfectly integrated, particularly with the louvers in the block walls.
Key Features of this project included:
- Greenhouse: Installed a heat and exhaust system to maintain optimal growing conditions.
- Woodworking Shop: Provided a high-efficiency vacuum system to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Administration Building: Installed Daikin VRF systems for precise temperature control and energy efficiency.
- Shop Area: Installed a Captivator system along with Big Ass Fans for superior airflow and ventilation.
- Exposed Ductwork: The visually exposed ductwork required precision for both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Refrigeration System: Intensive refrigeration system for heating and cooling the administration building.
