Temp-Con was brought in to handle all HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigeration piping, kitchen equipment in the concession stands, and the sub-air system under the field for this project. This project is the world’s first women’s specific stadium, attracting much global interest. A notable aspect of the project is the innovative SUBAIR system, designed to heat and cool the field. Despite some budget challenges, the project was completed on time, thanks to significant efforts from all trades involved. Crews worked diligently, often overtime, to ensure that all equipment was operational and the job site was clean for the first game, particularly with the addition of concession buildings and team stores throughout the project.
