Pre-Construction
Evaluate system requirements. Estimate alternatives. Adhere to budgetary constraints.
Temp-Con’s entire pre-construction team works with the construction and engineering teams throughout the remaining pre-construction/construction process, evaluating all system concepts, presenting value engineering alternatives, and developing cost analysis. The selection of system alternatives will incorporate long-lead considerations, constructability issues, manpower allocations, and overall project scheduling.
This process ensures that the project will have an optimal mechanical installation.
Maintaining Conceptual Estimates
Our in−house engineering department will provide a gap analysis, completing the drawings for our estimating group to provide budgets for each project milestone. Once the drawings are complete, we do a complete take-off of all ductwork or piping shown and reach out to our vendors for complete proposals.
Design-Build
Our Design-Build approach integrates engineering expertise, market insight, and real-world construction experience from day one. By partnering directly with your design and construction teams, we streamline decision-making, reduce costs, and ensure your mechanical systems are built correctly the first time.
Design-Assist
Large-scale projects demand flexibility and foresight. As engineers design the MEP systems and define specifications, Temp-Con steps in to fill gaps, gather current market pricing, and provide value-driven alternatives. Throughout the process, we continually evaluate the approach, seeking the most efficient, cost-effective, and constructible solutions.
Schedule & Constructability Review
From the start, our VDC specialists, superintendents, and foremen review each design for feasibility. We address constructability concerns early, align plans with the construction schedule, and mitigate risks before they impact the field. This proactive coordination keeps your project on track without compromising safety or quality.
