Our four-year apprenticeship program provides paid, hands-on training and classroom instruction to help you build a successful career in the following fields:

Preparing our Future
High School Internship Program
We have partnered with local school districts to provide internships in the field, fabrication shop, and office, including marketing and accounting. Students who do well in the internship program are often offered permanent positions with the company and the opportunity to join our apprenticeship program. We are working to grow our internship program by meeting with counselors and career guides in the following locations:
- Olathe School District
- Herndon Center
